  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties cooked
  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties until browned and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble eggs gently until just set.
  5. Layer rolls, sausage, eggs, and cheese in baking dish.
  6. Top with roll tops and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncovered until golden.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
