Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in crock pot and season.
  2. Whisk cream, broth, and garlic. Pour over chicken.
  3. Add butter, cover, and cook until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred chicken and stir in Parmesan.
  5. Cook pasta separately and combine before serving.
