Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1.5 cups almond milk or milk of choice
  • 0.75 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add frozen bananas, almond milk, vanilla yogurt, shredded coconut, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  3. Adjust consistency with more milk or ice if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish before serving.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less milk. Add protein powder or spices for variation.
