  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1.5 cups pecans toasted, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt white chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt if using.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and toasted pecans until fully coated.
  5. Spoon small clusters onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
