Ingredients
  

Crostini
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast bread for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden.
  4. Top each slice with brie and cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 6–8 minutes until brie is melted.
  6. Finish with thyme, salt, pepper, and optional honey. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately while warm and creamy.
