- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Toast bread for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden.
- Top each slice with brie and cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes until brie is melted.
- Finish with thyme, salt, pepper, and optional honey. Serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately while warm and creamy.
