Ingredients
  

Crostini
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced or cubed
  • 0.75 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves only
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast bread for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Flip slices and top each with brie cheese and cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake another 6–8 minutes until brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately while warm. Crostini can be toasted ahead of time and assembled just before baking.
