Method
- Chop all vegetables and prepare ingredients.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add ground pork, breaking it apart, cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, fish sauce, soy sauces, and brown sugar. Cook 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
- Add bell peppers and chili slices, stir-fry 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove from heat, add spring onions and coriander. Toss gently.
- Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice.
Notes
Adjust sugar and soy sauce levels to taste. Ground pork with fat gives best results.
