Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Spicy Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken thoroughly in flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
  5. Mix all spicy sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with toasted buns, chicken, bacon, lettuce, and sauce.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste by adding more or less chili sauce.
