- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
- Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear shrimp in olive oil until pink; remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to skillet; sauté until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes; cook until softened and bursting.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Pour in cream and parmesan; stir until creamy.
- Add pasta and shrimp; toss with sauce. Adjust with pasta water.

Add lemon zest or extra parmesan for brightness.
