Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mushroom Gravy
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp flour

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Shape mixture into meatballs.

  5. Add flour and cook briefly to create roux.
  6. Slowly whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to form gravy.
