Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk more for thinner consistency
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Filling
  • No filling needed for this recipe

Method
 

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in fresh herbs including chives, parsley, and dill.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Adjust consistency with extra buttermilk if needed before serving.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, chill overnight before serving.
