Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  4. Bring just to a gentle simmer and cook 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Add Parmesan gradually while stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately over pasta or use as desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest texture.
