Ingredients
  

Mousse
  • 7 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold, divided

Method
 

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a heat-safe bowl.
  2. Heat half of the cream until steaming, then pour over chocolate.
  3. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  4. Whip remaining cream to soft peaks.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
  6. Spoon into dishes and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
