Method
- Sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in Thai basil and lime juice.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with carrots and mint, and serve.
Notes
Assemble rolls just before serving to keep lettuce crisp.
