- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Slice onions into 1/4-inch rings and separate the layers.
- Spread onions evenly in the baking dish.
- Dot sliced butter evenly over the onions.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Top evenly with mozzarella, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and onions are tender.
- Let cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream before baking.
