Ingredients
  

Hot Honey Sauce
  • 0.75 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30–60 seconds.
  3. Stir in honey, chili flakes, cayenne, smoked paprika, and salt.
  4. Warm gently over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
  6. Cool slightly and transfer to a jar. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Adjust spice levels to taste. Sauce thickens slightly as it cools.
