Method
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30–60 seconds.
- Stir in honey, chili flakes, cayenne, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Warm gently over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
- Cool slightly and transfer to a jar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste. Sauce thickens slightly as it cools.
