Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange sliced sausage in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and spices.
- Pour glaze over sausage and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir, then bake another 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
- Garnish and serve warm.
