Ingredients
  

Sausage Bites
  • 1.5 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange sliced sausage in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and spices.
  4. Pour glaze over sausage and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stir, then bake another 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Broil briefly for extra caramelization.
