Method
- Boil pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil and butter; sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in cream; add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta; toss and add pasta water to adjust consistency.
- Stir in basil, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, use oil from the sun-dried tomato jar.
