Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 12 oz wide rice noodles
  • 8 oz chicken or beef sliced
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
Aromatics
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 Thai chilies crushed
  • 1 cup Thai basil

Equipment

  • Wok
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Soak noodles until pliable and drain.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and chilies and stir briefly.
  4. Add protein and cook until nearly done.
  5. Add noodles and sauce and toss quickly.
  6. Add basil, toss, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture and aroma.
