Ingredients
  

Taco Shells
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Strawberry Crunch
  • 1 cup golden sandwich cookies crushed
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Bake tortillas shaped into taco shells until crisp. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cheesecake mixture.
  4. Mix crushed cookies, strawberries, and butter to form crunch coating.
  5. Fill taco shells with cheesecake mixture.
  6. Dip or sprinkle tacos with strawberry crunch.
  7. Chill briefly before serving.
