Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Glaze
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in seasoned cornstarch.
  2. Fry until golden and crispy.
  3. Simmer glaze ingredients.
  4. Toss chicken in glaze.
