Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups broth vegetable or chicken
  • 2 tbsp miso paste white or yellow
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs soft-boiled

Equipment

  • Saucepan

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil.
  3. Add chili paste and broth, then simmer.
  4. Whisk in miso paste and soy sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls and serve hot.

Notes

Do not boil miso paste to preserve flavor.
