  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Mexican chorizo casing removed
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 small onion finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently.
  2. Shape into meatballs and place on a baking sheet or skillet.
