- Cut feta into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Drain olives and set aside.
- Layer feta, olives, garlic, herbs, chili flakes, and zest in a glass jar.
- Pour olive oil over ingredients until fully submerged.
- Seal jar and gently rotate to distribute flavors.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Let sit 24–48 hours for best flavor. Bring to room temperature before serving.
