Ingredients
  

Marinated Feta & Olives
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed olives pitted
  • 0.75 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic lightly crushed
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Glass jar with lid
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cut feta into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Drain olives and set aside.
  3. Layer feta, olives, garlic, herbs, chili flakes, and zest in a glass jar.
  4. Pour olive oil over ingredients until fully submerged.
  5. Seal jar and gently rotate to distribute flavors.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Let sit 24–48 hours for best flavor. Bring to room temperature before serving.
