Method
- Combine marinade ingredients and toss beef. Marinate 30 minutes.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers in oil until soft. Remove and set aside.
- Cook marinated beef in skillet until browned. Return vegetables and toss.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Split hoagie rolls.
- Assemble beef, vegetables, kimchi, and cheese in rolls.
- Bake 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are toasted.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
Use well-drained kimchi and adjust gochujang for spice preference.
