Bulgogi Marinade
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 lb thin-sliced beef
Sandwich Assembly
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat beef.
  2. Cook onions until soft, then brown beef.
