- Rinse rice and cook with water or broth and salt according to package instructions. Fluff and set aside.
- Pat chicken dry and coat evenly with olive oil and all spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble bowls with rice, sliced chicken, and generous drizzle of creamy sauce.
- Garnish with herbs or chili flakes and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust spice level to taste. Sauce can be thinned with water or milk.
