- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in dried cranberries gently.
- Scoop dough, roll into balls, and coat generously in sparkling sugar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
Notes
For best sparkle, roll dough in sugar just before baking. Do not overbake.
