Method
- Cook peach filling with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until soft. Add cornstarch to thicken if desired.
- Place filling in egg roll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with beaten egg.
- Fry in oil at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes per side or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
Notes
Peach filling can be made ahead of time; assemble before cooking.
