  • 1 cup edible cookie dough chunks
  • 0.75 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 cup chocolate sauce

Equipment

  • Rimmed baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula or bench scraper

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and freeze briefly.
  2. Spread softened ice cream into a thin even layer.
  3. Sprinkle all toppings evenly over ice cream.
  4. Freeze until completely firm.
