Ingredients
  

Crostini Base
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 oz smoked salmon sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Toast bread for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.
  3. Mix cream cheese with lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture onto toasted bread slices.
  5. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
