Ingredients
  

Lasagna Layers
  • 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Slow cooker
  • Skillet
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown meat with onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Season meat with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Layer sauce, ravioli, ricotta, meat, and cheese in slow cooker.
  4. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheese.
  5. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  6. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not thaw ravioli before cooking.
