Method
- Place chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, salt, pepper, and broth into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred, and return to the slow cooker.
- Stir in cream or half-and-half.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Combine pasta with sauce or ladle sauce over pasta.
- Serve with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
