- Pat turkey dry and place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, Dijon, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half the glaze into the slow cooker, place turkey on top, and add remaining glaze.
- Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Optional: transfer turkey to a baking sheet and broil 3–5 minutes to caramelize.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use pure maple syrup for best flavor; broiling enhances color and caramelization.
