- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, milk or orange juice, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Fold in cranberries evenly.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overmix batter to keep the bread tender. Toss cranberries lightly in flour to prevent sinking.
