Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
  2. Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Whisk maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
  4. Brush glaze over salmon and season lightly.
  5. Bake 12–18 minutes until flaky.

Notes

Broil briefly for extra caramelization if desired.
