Method
- Season tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook tilapia 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion in the same skillet until soft, then add garlic.
- Add roasted peppers and broth, simmer 5 minutes.
- Blend sauce until smooth, then return to skillet.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey, adjust seasoning.
- Return tilapia to sauce and simmer 3–5 minutes.
Notes
Serve with rice, vegetables, or crusty bread.
