- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.

- Pour in chicken broth and return sausage to the skillet.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, rest briefly, fluff, and serve.
