- Cook spinach and garlic in olive oil until wilted.
- Mix spinach with cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill.
- Roll puff pastry and spread spinach mixture in center.
- Place salmon on top and wrap pastry around it.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
