- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugar and eggs together until combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold melted chocolate into egg mixture until smooth.
- Sift in flour and salt, fold gently until combined.
- Mash raspberries with jam. Layer half chocolate batter in pan, spoon raspberry mixture, then remaining chocolate. Swirl gently.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until center is set but fudgy.
- Cool completely, lift out with parchment, cut into bars.
