Pumpkin Spice Milk
  • 2 cups milk dairy or plant-based
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin puree pure pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin puree until smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Heat gently while whisking until hot but not boiling.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  6. Pour into mugs and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or cinnamon sticks for garnish.
