Soft homemade breadsticks rolled with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup pizza sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Allow dough to rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread pizza sauce over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly.
  6. Roll the dough and cut into slices to form breadsticks.
  7. Brush with garlic butter and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
