- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins.
- Melt butter and white chocolate together until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale.
- Combine melted mixture with egg mixture.
- Fold in ground pistachios, flour, salt, and vanilla.
- Divide batter into ramekins.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Invert onto plates and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overbake to maintain molten center. Serve immediately for best texture.
