Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Coconut Layer
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops pink food coloring

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into pan and chill.
  3. Combine coconut, condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and coloring.
  4. Spread coconut mixture over base and press evenly.
  5. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
  6. Chill until firm, then slice and serve.

Keep refrigerated until serving for best texture.
