Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 lbs salmon fillet
Marinade
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped parsley or dill

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and pat dry.
  4. Spread the marinade evenly over the salmon.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Rest 3 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve.

Notes

Add lemon slices during baking for extra flavor.
