Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon skin-side down and pat dry.
- Spread the marinade evenly over the salmon.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Rest 3 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve.
Notes
Add lemon slices during baking for extra flavor.
