Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Peppermint Swirl
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • pink or red gel food coloring as needed
  • 0.5 cup crushed candy canes

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • 8x8-inch baking pan

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide mixture into two bowls.
  5. Add peppermint extract and food coloring to one bowl.
  6. Alternate spoonfuls of each mixture into the pan.
  7. Swirl gently with a knife and top with crushed candy canes.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then slice and serve.

Notes

Do not overheat white chocolate to avoid grainy texture.
