Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Divide mixture into two bowls.
- Add peppermint extract and food coloring to one bowl.
- Alternate spoonfuls of each mixture into the pan.
- Swirl gently with a knife and top with crushed candy canes.
- Refrigerate until set, then slice and serve.
Notes
Do not overheat white chocolate to avoid grainy texture.
