Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Flatten dough, insert chocolate chunk, and seal into balls.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving for gooey centers.
Notes
Chill dough for 20 minutes before baking for thicker cookies with better chocolate centers.
