- Slice the peaches into thin wedges and set aside.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on a serving platter.
- Add the peach slices, spreading them naturally among the tomatoes.
- Place the burrata ball in the center or tear it into smaller pieces around the salad.
- Scatter torn basil leaves over the top.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Finish with flaky salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

Best served fresh. Add prosciutto or nuts for variation.
