Salad Ingredients
  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 10-12 leaves fresh basil torn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 pinch flaky salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

  1. Slice the peaches into thin wedges and set aside.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on a serving platter.
  3. Add the peach slices, spreading them naturally among the tomatoes.
  4. Place the burrata ball in the center or tear it into smaller pieces around the salad.
  5. Scatter torn basil leaves over the top.
  6. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Finish with flaky salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add prosciutto or nuts for variation.
