Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Spatula
  • 8x8-inch pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat once smooth and glossy.
  4. Stir in marshmallow crème and vanilla until fully combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best texture, melt chocolate slowly over low heat and stir constantly.
