Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Add garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in broth and milk, scraping up browned bits.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir to coat.
- Cover and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Turn off heat and add Parmesan until smooth.
- Serve topped with extra Parmesan and parsley.
Notes
Add more broth if pasta looks dry while cooking.
